ASHA CE INFORMATION

ISHA is excited to announce that we will be using the new electronic reporting process for the ASHA CE Registry. We will not be requiring paper forms from attendees this year.

In order for ISHA to accurately report your CE to ASHA we need to ensure that we have your information correctly recorded on your registration and when you log into each session you attend on Zoom.  If you have requested ASHA CE’s please make sure your selected this option on your registration and that the following information is correct and aligns with your ASHA account:

1. ASHA number * The system will automatically add leading zeros to any account number with less than 8 digits.
2. Last name, First name
3. Address 1 (Address 2 & 3 if applicable)
4. City, State, ZIP code & Country
5. Email
6. 
   

ISHA will be tracking your attendance through your Zoom participation and the reports that we download for each meeting. PLEASE make sure when you log into Zoom that your first and last name are registered so we can match your registration record to the zoom reports and accurately report your attendance and the number of CE for your attendance. This is required for all sessions you attend. We have also been advised by ASHA that you will need to be logged into each session within the first five minutes of the session starting to receive full credit.

ISHA will be sending out a CE Certificate to each attendee that will provide the attendance record we have for each participant by Nov. 1. We also advise that you retain a copy of the certificate of attendance that you may complete and keep for your records.
